SWC

We produce spring wire cores out of patented high-carbon wire made by the international standard DIN 17223-84 and diameter 1.3mm; 2,2 and 2.4mm.
Cores are produced in hight range 65mm - 140mm.

Springs are made in BONNEL system and being used in the furniture industry as raw material for making sofas, twin beds and antique furniture with reinforcement (spiral wire or steel strip) or without reinforcment. Cores are made in 22 standard sizes and there is a possibility to produce any dimension on the request of the buyer.

Spring wire cores are are packed in rolls during transport, to reduce transportation costs.

Customers of our sprin wire cores are the largest systems in the production of upholstered furniture.
